Spinach Avocado Chicken Burgers


**Ingredients:**

* 1 lb ground chicken

* 1 cup fresh spinach, finely chopped

* 1/2 ripe avocado, diced

* 2 garlic cloves, minced

* 1/4 cup red onion, finely diced


**Instructions:**

1. In a bowl, combine ground chicken, spinach, avocado, garlic, and red onion.

2. Mix well, shape into 4 patties.

3. Cook on a non-stick skillet over medium heat for 5-6 minutes per side or until fully cooked.

4. Serve with a low-carb bun or lettuce wraps.
