English Tea Biscuits
Ingredients I Used:

2 cups all-purpose flour

½ cup sugar

½ cup butter (soft)

1 egg

1 teaspoon baking powder

A few drops of vanilla essence
How I Made It:

First, I mixed butter and sugar in a bowl until it became creamy.

Then I added the egg and vanilla and mixed again.

After that, I added flour and baking powder, and mixed it slowly with my hands.

I rolled the dough and cut it into small round shapes.

I baked them for about 12–15 minutes at 180°C until they turned light golden.

When I took them out, my kitchen smelled so good!
Now they are ready — I enjoyed them with hot tea. Simple and tasty ☕🍪
